List of Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
Here is the detailed list of open positions with their respective scales (SPS), qualifications, and required experience:
SPS-4 Scale Positions
1. Technician-I (Electrical)
- Qualification: 03 years DAE (Electrical) (1st Division) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
- Experience: Candidates having practical relevant experience will be preferred.
2. Technician-I (Bio Medical Technician)
- Qualification: F.Sc (1st Division) with 02 years Diploma in the relevant field from a Government recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years practical experience in the relevant field.
3. Technician-I (Medical Dispenser)
- Qualification: F.Sc (1st Division) with 02 years Diploma in the relevant field from a Government recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years practical experience in the relevant field.
4. Technician-I (Medical Technician)
- Qualification: F.Sc (1st Division) with 02 years Diploma in the relevant field from a Government recognized institute.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years practical experience in listed medical specializations (General Medicine/ENT/Surgery & Anesthesia/Ophthalmology/Radiology/Pathology/Physiotherapy/Dental).
5. Computer Operator
- Qualification & Experience (Option A): B.Sc (Physics/Math/Stat/Economics) / 02 years Associate Degree in Science (ADS)/ BCS/ BIT (1st Division) with typing speed of 10,000 Key Depression per Hour (kdph). Practical IT experience preferred.
- Qualification & Experience (Option B): 03 years DAE from a recognized Polytechnic Institute in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Technology (1st Division) with a Six Months Course in Computer Applications. Practical IT experience preferred.
6. Jr. Assistant-I (Admin)
- Qualification: BCS/BBA (like HRM, Marketing IT, Supply Chain Management) Two Years with 1st Division OR BA/B.Sc/02 years Associate Degree in Science (ADS) (1st Division) or equivalent other Admin related qualifications as per HEC Standard.
7. Jr. Assistant-I (Accounts)
- Qualification: BBA (Finance/Banking) Two Years with 1st Division of B.Com/02 years Associate Degree in Science (ADS) (Commerce/Finance) (1st Division) or equivalent other Finance related qualifications as per HEC Standard.
SPS-3 Scale Positions
8. Technician-II (Mechanical - HVAC)
- Qualification & Experience (Option A): F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) (1st Division). Relevant experience preferred.
- Qualification & Experience (Option B): Matric with Science (1st Division) with 02 years apprenticeship/certificate and 02 Years relevant experience & Skill test.
9. Technician-II (Civil-Mason)
- Qualification & Experience (Option A): F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) (1st Division). Relevant experience preferred.
- Qualification & Experience (Option B): Matric with Science (1st Division) with 02 years apprenticeship/certificate and 02 Years relevant experience & Skill test.
SPS-2 Scale Positions
10. Data Entry Operator
- Qualification & Experience (Option A): Matric with Science (minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks) & 06 Months Computer Course with 5000 Key Depression per hour (kdph) with 02 years relevant experience.
- Qualification & Experience (Option B): Matric with Computer Science (minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks) with 5000 key depression per hour (kdph) with 02 years relevant experience.
11. Driver-III
- Qualification: Matric having Civil Driving License with LTV and HTV.
- Experience: 03 years driving experience.
- Physical Requirement: Minimum height must be 168 cm (66").
⚖️ General Instructions & Important Points

- Job Nature: The posts are purely temporary but likely to continue for an indefinite period.
- Benefits: Employment offers Provident Fund (PF) scheme as per standard rules.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years on the closing date of the advertisement. Relaxation may be given as per rules.
- Qualification Validity: All required qualifications/experience must be complete by the closing date.
- Experience: Experience will only be considered if acquired after completion of the minimum prescribed qualification for each post.
- Serving Candidates: Candidates already employed in Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the test/interview.
- Nationality: Only Pakistani Nationality holders are eligible to apply.
- Degree Requirements: Where a prescribed qualification requires "First Class" in the final degree, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility.
- Posting Location: Initial place of appointment is Karachi; however, selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the Test/Interview.
