Job Details
- Post Name: Deputy Program Manager (Digital Testing)
- BPS: 17
- Employment Type: Regular
- Unit & Quota: APF (JF-17), Merit=1
- Age Limit: 30+5 (age relaxation applicable as per rules)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: BE / BS / B.Sc Engineering in Avionics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university and accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 65% marks in the degree.
- Selection Process: E-Test followed by an interview conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Avionics / Electronics Systems Testing, Digital / Analog / RF Avionics Test Equipment, EMC Testing, and Test Automation will be given preference.
Age Relaxation Criteria
- 5 years general age relaxation by the Government of Pakistan.
- 3 years for candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas.
- 3 years for candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan (BPS-15 & below).
- 10 years for government servants with at least 2 years of continuous service.
- 15 years for retired Armed Forces personnel.
- 10 years for disabled persons applying for BPS-15 & below.
- 5 years for widows and children of deceased civil servants.
Important Instructions
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel with an NOC from their department.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Experience must be post-qualification in a full-time paid position.
- 2% quota is reserved for disabled persons as per government rules.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview attendance.
- For Medical/Doctor positions, applicants must be registered with PM&DC.
- Educational Degrees/Certificates should be from HEC/Technical Boards-recognized institutions. Engineering degrees must be PEC-accredited, and the applicant should be registered with PEC.
