- Push-ups: 15–20
- Sit-ups: 20
- Chin-ups: 3
- ISSB Test & Interview
- Final Medical at CMB Lahore
- Flying Aptitude Test (GD-P only)
Ineligibility Conditions
- Rejected twice by ISSB
- Dismissed from government service or armed forces
- Convicted by a court of law
- Previously withdrawn from armed forces training institutions
- Concealment of facts or false information
