- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (with an 8-year relaxation).

Selection Process & Examination Details
Written Examination (Total 400 Marks)
The exam consists of four papers covering various subjects:
- English Essay & Composition: 100 Marks
- Urdu Essay & Composition: 100 Marks
- General Knowledge, Math & Computer: 100 Marks
- Cooperatives Movement & Cooperative Laws: 100 Marks
Additional Selection Criteria
- Psychological Assessment & Interview/Viva will follow the written test.
- Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% marks per subject and 50% aggregate (200/400 marks required to qualify).
- Negative marking applies (0.25 marks deducted per incorrect MCQ).
Important Instructions for Candidates

- Only top-ranked candidates will proceed to the interview stage, based on merit (1:5 ratio).
