PCAA Notice No. 03/2025 (Professional & Technical Positions)

These roles are specialized and senior in nature, mostly on a contract basis for three years (extendable).

1. Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-08)

  • No. of Posts: 03
  • Location: Initially Karachi (may relocate to Islamabad, Lahore, or other cities)
  • Qualifications:
    • ATPL with type rating on Commercial Aircraft (MTOW of 40,000 kg or more)
    • 5,000+ flight hours as PIC on eligible aircraft
    • SFE or TRE endorsement
    • 10+ years of experience
  • Age Limit: Up to 66 years
  • Pay: Rs. 1,373,230/month + 5% annual increment

2. Deputy Director Coordination & Support (EG-03)

  • No. of Posts: 02
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Public Administration or Aviation Management, 3+ years of experience
  • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
  • Pay: Rs. 250,927/month + 5% increment

3. Sr. Joint Director IT (EG-06)

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Qualifications: Master’s in CS/IT, 12+ years of experience in system administration, network & application support
  • Age Limit: Up to 52 years
  • Pay: Rs. 406,725/month + 5% increment

4. Sr. Joint Director Admin (EG-06)

  • Qualifications: Master’s in Public Administration, 12+ years in general administration, procurement, security, etc.
  • Age Limit: Up to 52 years

5. Sr. Joint Director AAR (Ground Handling) (EG-06)

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering + 12 years’ experience (5 in Ground Handling)
