1. Deputy Manager - Design (E&I)
🎓 Qualification: BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 6-8 years in electrical systems design, PLC systems, control panels, and industrial sensors
💡 Skills: AutoCAD Electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
2. Deputy Manager - Logistics
🎓 Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or BE (Mechanical) with a diploma in Logistics/SCM
🛠️ Experience: 6-8 years in logistics management (public sector or large manufacturing industries)
3. Assistant Manager - Design (R&D)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 4-5 years in R&D, reverse engineering, heavy machinery, and materials development
💡 Skills: AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, 3D Scanning, Creo Parametric, 3D Printing
4. Assistant Manager - Design (Structure / Transmission Line Towers)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 4-5 years in steel structure and transmission tower design
💡 Skills: AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, TEKLA Structure, PLS Tower, PLS CAD
5. Assistant Manager - Contracts
🎓 Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, or related fields with a diploma in Contract Management/Supply Chain
🛠️ Experience: 4-5 years in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts
6. Assistant Manager - Foundry & Forge
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 4-5 years in molding, pattern-making techniques, and technical drawings
7. Assistant Manager - Mechanical Works
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
🛠️ Experience: 4-5 years in fabrication, machining, and steel assembly
8. Supervisors - Tech
🎓 Qualification: FSc (Pre-Engineering) / DAE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechatronics)
🛠️ Experience: 5+ years in steel manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and machining
9. Supervisor - Logistics
🎓 Qualification: DAE (Mechanical) or Retired Army JCO/NCO (SMT)
🛠️ Experience: 3+ years in dispatch/logistics management (preferably in steel manufacturing)
