Eligibility Criteria – KPK Police CTD Jobs 2025

1. Terrorism Investigating Officer (TIO) – BPS-17

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years) in Law, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, International Relations, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Forensic Science or related fields.
• Experience: Fresh candidates can apply, but preference for those with investigation or intelligence background.

2. Terrorism Investigating Officer (TIO) – BPS-18

• Education: Same as BPS-17 (Law, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, IR, IT, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in investigation, intelligence, or counter-terrorism. Must have experience handling case files, preparing charge sheets, and working with security agencies.

3. Terror Financing Investigating Officer (TFIO) – BPS-17

• Education: Master’s degree (16 years) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy (CA), ACCA, ICMA.
• Experience: Fresh candidates may apply, preference for candidates with financial analysis or fraud detection exposure.

4. Terror Financing Investigating Officer (TFIO) – BPS-18

• Education: Same as BPS-17 (Finance, Economics, Accounting, CA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial investigations, forensic auditing, compliance, or money laundering detection. Experience with banking/regulatory bodies (FIA, SBP, SECP, NAB, etc.) preferred.

5. Cyber Terrorism Investigating Officer (CTIO) – BPS-17

• Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Robotics.
• Experience: Fresh candidates may apply. Preference for those with cybercrime investigation knowledge.

6. Cyber Terrorism Investigating Officer (CTIO) – BPS-18

• Education: Same as BPS-17 (CS, Cyber Security, IT, Forensics, AI, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in cybercrime detection, digital forensics, OSINT, IT security, or network monitoring. Must have experience handling cyber threats related to terrorism, propaganda, and online funding.

7. Surveillance & Intelligence Officer (SIO) – BPS-17

• Education: Master’s degree in Criminology, Law, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, International Relations, Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Fresh candidates may apply. Preference for candidates with research, analysis, or field surveillance exposure.

8. Surveillance & Intelligence Officer (SIO) – BPS-18

• Education: Same as BPS-17 (Criminology, Law, IR, Sociology, CS, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in surveillance, intelligence gathering, or counter-terrorism operations. Should be skilled in crime index preparation, suspect profiling, and coordination with security agencies.

General Conditions (For All Posts)

• Only candidates with domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible.
• Retired officers (Police, Military, Intelligence, or Government Servants) with not more than 5 years since retirement may also apply.
• Recruitment will be made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Market-Based Salary (MBS) Policy 2025.
• All appointments are on a 2-year contract (extendable on performance).
