Job Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. Head Consumer Banking Division
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s degree preferred).
- University must be recognized by HEC Pakistan (foreign degree holders must provide equivalency certificates).
- At least 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking/Retail Banking.
- Preference for candidates with proven expertise in Islamic Banking product development.
- Experience in Shariah Compliant Banking will be an added advantage.
- Age limit will be governed by Bank’s HR Rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to meet targets.
- Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance & compliance frameworks.
- Lead and mentor product teams and credit analysts.
- Ensure product pricing models align with profit-rate mechanisms & Shariah governance.
- Drive automation & digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
- Define credit approval processes for different segments (Auto, Home, Personal Finance).
- Oversee the timely processing & submission of credit proposals and reports.
- Propose improvements to enhance credit approval turnaround time.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the management.
Location & Remuneration
- Location: Head Office, Peshawar.
- Reports to: Group Head Retail Banking.
- Remuneration: Market-based package.
2. Regional Head - Retail Banking (Multiple Regions)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s preferred).
- University must be recognized by HEC Pakistan (foreign degree holders need equivalency certificates).
- Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, including 5 years as Area Manager or equivalent supervisory role.
- Preference given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
- Age limit as per Bank’s HR Rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Area Managers & Branch Managers.
- Manage Liability & Consumer Assets targets.
- Oversee branch network KPI implementation.
- Develop and monitor strategies for business growth.
- Improve customer service quality and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- Achieve CASA deposit & consumer targets.
- Manage customer satisfaction by enhancing banking processes and practices.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Location & Remuneration
- Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara region: Islamabad.
- Central region: Lahore.
- Southern region: Karachi.
- Reports to: Group Head Retail Banking.
- Remuneration: Market-based package.
3. Regional Head - Corporate & Investment Banking South
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education required: Graduation (Master’s preferred).
- University must be recognized by HEC Pakistan (foreign degree holders need equivalency certificates).
- Minimum 10 years of Commercial Banking experience, with 5 years in a Corporate/Commercial/Retail Banking leadership role.
- Age limit as per Bank’s HR Rules.
