- Business Growth: Achieve targets for deposits, advances, trade & cross-selling, with a focus on Current Accounts (CA) and New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
- Governance & Control: Ensure seamless branch operations while complying with SBP regulations and bank policies.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, promptly resolve complaints & enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage branch staff to enhance performance and productivity.
