Eligibility Criteria of PPSC Junior Clerk Jobs 2025
Education
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) with at least 2nd Division from a recognized board.
- Proficiency in Computer (MS Office).
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute (WPM) in English on a computer.
Age Limit
- Male: 18 to 25 years + 5 years relaxation = 30 years maximum.
- Female: 18 to 25 years + 8 years relaxation = 33 years maximum.
Gender
Both Male & Female candidates are eligible.
Syllabus for Written Test
The written examination will be an MCQ type paper of 100 marks with
90 minutes duration. The syllabus includes:
- General Ability (English, Urdu, Islamiat, Basic Mathematics, Everyday Science, Current Affairs)
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Skills

Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in Punjab under the Punjab Police Department.
