Application Procedure

1. Online Registration:

   • Visit the FPSC official website: www.fpsc.gov.pk.

   • Navigate to the "Apply Online" section.

2. Filling the Application Form:

   • Select the job or examination you want to apply for.
   • Fill in all the required fields in the online application form.
   • Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (as per the specifications mentioned).

3. Submission:

   • Review the filled application form for any errors or omissions.
   • Submit the application form online.

Application Fee

• Payment Process:

  • After submitting the online application, you will be directed to a challan form.
  • Print the challan form and pay the application fee at the nearest branch of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) or State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
  • The fee varies based on the position or exam category. Generally, the fee for different categories is as follows:
    • BS-16 & BS-17: PKR 300
    • BS-18: PKR 750
    • BS-19: PKR 1200
    • BS-20 and above: PKR 1500

• Fee Submission Confirmation:

  • Ensure to keep the original challan form after payment as it needs to be submitted later.

Shortlisting Criteria

1. Initial Screening:

   • Applications are initially screened based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in the job advertisement.
   • Applicants who do not meet the basic eligibility requirements are disqualified at this stage.

2. Written Examination:

   • Eligible candidates are called for a written test.
   • The written exam typically includes subjects relevant to the job position and general knowledge.

Documents Required

1. At the Time of Online Application:

   • Scanned copy of recent passport-sized photograph.
   • Scanned copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
   • Scanned copies of academic certificates and degrees.
   • Scanned copy of domicile certificate (if required).

2. At the Time of Written Test/Interview:

   • Original challan form (proof of application fee payment).
   • Original CNIC.
   • Original academic certificates and degrees along with attested copies.
   • Experience certificates (if required for the position).
   • Domicile certificate (original and attested copy).
   • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current employer, if applicable.

3. Additional Documents:

   • Any other documents as specified in the job advertisement or by the FPSC.
