How to Apply for Punjab Literacy & Non Formal Education Department Jobs?

• Visit the official website https://literacy.punjab.gov.pk for online registration.
• A video tutorial is available on the department’s website to guide applicants through the registration process.
• Teachers will be selected for different categories of Adult Literacy Centers (ALCs), including Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Prison, and Mines & Minerals.

Terms & Conditions:

• Teachers will be appointed purely on a part-time, time-bound, honorary, or contract basis for a period of 6 months (non-extendable) within the respective District, Tehsil, or Union Council.
• The selected teacher will arrange a room or suitable space for the establishment of the Adult Literacy Center in coordination with the concerned Literacy Mobilizer.
• Online applications must be submitted no later than October 18, 2025 (Saturday).
• Applications submitted by hand or through courier/postal service will not be accepted.
• Successful teachers, after selection, must register a group of 25 to 30 illiterate learners (aged 15 and above) and submit their details through the NFEMIS portal in coordination with the Literacy Mobilizer.
